Geode Coaster Silicone Mold

This Geode Coaster mold, unlike others has a depth of 1cm which gives you the versatility to achieve your desired thickness and make your resin look like slices from a real geode. 

Long lasting: This mold is made of premium silicone, soft, flexible, thick, tear-resistant and durable. This mold is reusable and therefore perfect for creating sets.

Can be reused multiple times - Easy to use & demould

To get the very best results, it is important to care for the mold.

• Store carefully: do not stack or keep contained in a box with other items, this will result in the mold losing its shape. 
• Heat gun/ Torch use: Please be careful not to overheat the resin to get rid of bubbles and the mold, as naked flames can damage the outer edges of your mold and loose its shape.
• Cleaning: Wash under luck warm water with dishwasher soap, NO harsh chemicals (you do not need to do this after every pour)
• If you use sticky tape to de-tack dust, fluff or glitters - doing this will remove the interior shine within your mold so don't over do it.
• Take extra care when de-molding your creation, pay special attention to not scratch the interior of your mold.
• If your casting comes out dull it could be that the mold has come to the end of its life (or that the mold doesn't have a shiny interior surface). You can keep using molds that are past their best - it just takes a little more effort. Add a thin layer of resin to the casting or use polish and a cloth to bring up the shine.
