• Worldwide shipping is available. The receiver is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.   

Delivery

• Made to order & custom orders come with a 2 week turnaround.
• In-stock items are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 days. If for any reason this has changed we will notify you by email as soon as possible. 
• Once you have received your email notifying you that your order has been dispatched it should take 2-3 working days from there on within the UK; expect slightly longer for international orders.
• Delivery times may vary over busy periods such as Christmas and may take a little longer to arrive.

• Please ensure to double check that your address details are correct before submitting your order. If you wish to change your address, please email us ASAP at Rengin@ResinByRen.com and we will try and change it for you. If the wrong address is given and the items have already been dispatched we cannot be liable for a refund or pay for additional postage costs.
