Shipping

UK delivery is free on every piece, with nothing added at checkout. I ship worldwide, and international shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, so you see the cost before you pay. Any import duties or taxes outside the UK are set by your own country and paid on arrival.

Delivery

Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within one to three working days. Made to order pieces take around one to two weeks to make before dispatch, and commissions follow the timeline we agree at the start. After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes two to three working days, Europe three to five, and the rest of the world six to seven. Delivery can take longer over busy periods, and I will email you when your piece is on its way.

Please double check your delivery address before ordering. If an incorrect address is given after dispatch, I am not able to cover reshipping costs.
