Getting your piece to you

Everything you need to know about how your piece is made, packed, sent and looked after. If anything here is unclear, I am only an email away.

Shipping

UK delivery is free on every piece. The price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout.

I ship worldwide. For international orders, your exact shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, so you always see the cost before you pay. Any import duties or taxes outside the UK are set by your own country and paid by you on arrival, as these are beyond my control.

For bespoke and commission pieces, UK delivery is included, and any international shipping is quoted with you as part of your personal quote.

How long it takes

Making your piece

  • Ready to ship pieces, listed on my One of a Kind collection, are dispatched within one to three working days.
  • Made to order pieces take around one to two weeks to make before they are dispatched.
  • Commissions follow a timeline we agree at the start. More intricate pieces take longer, and I confirm the schedule with you before I begin. Start a commission

Once it is on its way

  • United Kingdom usually two to three working days after dispatch.
  • Europe usually three to five working days.
  • Rest of the world usually six to seven working days.

Delivery can take a little longer over busy periods such as Christmas. If anything affects your timeline, I email you as soon as I know.

How your piece is packed

Resin is durable, but original art deserves protection. Each piece is wrapped and cushioned in packaging suited to its size, and larger wall art is boxed and reinforced so it reaches you exactly as it left the studio. I want the first time you see your piece to be the moment you unwrap it, not a worry about whether it survived the journey.

Returns and damages

Because each piece is one of a kind or made to order, I am not able to accept returns for a change of mind. Every piece is created individually, often with you in mind from the very first pour, which is what makes it yours.

If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will put it right, whether that means a repair, a remake or a refund. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to me.

Please double check your delivery address before you order. If an incorrect address is given and your piece has already been dispatched, I am not able to cover the cost of reshipping. If you spot a mistake, email me at rengin@resinbyren.com as quickly as you can and I will do everything I can to help.
