Shipping

Free UK shipping on all orders. Worldwide shipping is available. The receiver is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.   

Delivery

- Made to order & custom orders come with a 2 week turnaround.


- In-stock items are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 days. If for any reason this has changed we will notify you by email as soon as possible. 

Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, these can sometimes be filtered as spam so please check that folder too. 


Orders above £60 will be sent with 48h tracked mail and you’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email.

Please ensure to double check that your address details are correct before submitting your order. If you wish to change your address, please email Rengin@ResinByRen.com and we will amend it for you. If the wrong address is given and the items have already been dispatched we cannot be liable for a refund or pay for additional postage costs.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on your orders.
For any queries on your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery; and return items back within 30 days of delivery.

Due to costly materials used, I do not accept cancellations on custom and made-to-order pieces.
If you have a concern after placing an order, please get in contact with me as soon as possible.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalised orders.
- Digital downloads
